Wayne brings deep global expertise and an unmatched track record in leadership and organisational development.  Over his career, he has shaped executive teams and cultures at the highest levels, serving as Chief People Officer and Executive Advisor to the Board at Sentiem, a London-based Investor and venture builder, Chief People Officer at Xapo Bank, and Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Quartz Enterprises, Global Head of Leadership and Organisational Development at VTB Capital, and Head of Leadership and Development for Standard Bank’s international investment banking business.  He has delivered powerful leadership, executive, and top team development programmes across Europe and globally including USA, Brazil, Mauritius, Mexico, South Africa, Moscow, Canada, Antigua, Uruguay, Philippines, Korea, and Hong Kong.  

Wayne isn’t just an advisor — he’s been at the table.  His breadth of experience means he understands first-hand the complexity and "knottiness" of executive leadership especially having served on the executive of a $2 billion global technology conglomerate.  At the heart of Wayne’s approach is pragmatism: he combines academic rigour with real-world leadership insights and experience.

Wayne holds a Masters in Organisational Behaviour (Occupational Psychology), an EMBA, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Organisational Development (awarded the Ken Goulding Prize for Research Excellence).  His doctoral research explored the lived experiences and development needs of minority leaders, a testament to his enduring commitment to inclusive leadership.
